The Bakersfield City and Kern County firefighters are teaming up once again for our second annual event and fundraiser HEROES & HELMETS FOR HOPE scheduled for Wednesday, June 22, 2011 from 6:00am – 2:00pm. The event will include firefighters collecting donations at the following locations:

  • 22nd & L Streets
  • Stockdale Hwy & Gosford Road
  • Knudsen & Olive Drives

 It will also include a catered “drive thru” breakfast (7:00am – 10:00am)

and BBQ lunch (11:00am – 2:00pm).
